Where the line sits

Full support, with one boundary we never move.

Others will take the work off your hands. That is not mentorship — and it is not what your degree is worth.

Your mentor does
  • Tests your research question until it holds up
  • Reviews your design, methods and analysis
  • Reads every draft and returns detailed feedback
  • Prepares you for reviewers, examiners and the viva
You always do
  • Choose the topic and own the data
  • Write the thesis, paper or proposal
  • Submit under your own name
  • Keep every right to the work

Your mentor will spend an hour showing you why a section fails — and will not spend five minutes rewriting it for you.

Confidentiality

Unpublished work is confidential by default. NDAs available on request.

Payments

Milestone-based and agreed in advance. Full scope and fee before the first session.

Common questions

Before you enquire

No. Mentors review, question and strengthen work that you write. They will show you what is wrong with a section and how to rebuild it — the words you submit stay yours.

Yes. We work alongside your supervisor, not around them. Your institution's approval process stays exactly as it is.

Scope varies enormously between a 40-page dissertation and a five-year PhD. We quote after a free scoping call so you are not paying for work you do not need. Payments are milestone-based.

Every mentor is checked for credentials, publication record and supervision experience, and is matched to your discipline rather than assigned from a general pool.
